Returns are available for apparel items that are in new, unused condition. The items must be in the original packaging / must have the original tags. Returned items must have a return ship date within 14 days of purchase.  

For non-apparel items, store credit is available for items that are in new, unused condition. The items must be in the original packaging / must have the original tags. Returned items must have a return ship date within 14 days of purchase.  

You will have one year from the date of purchase to utilize your store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. 

All returns must be pre-approved by Aramtala. 

To initiate a return, please send an email to living@aramtala.com and let us know which item you are returning. For most items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.

Perishable goods such as teas, face and body products cannot be returned.

Order typically ship within 3-5 business days and standard delivery is typically around 7-10 business days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may intervene and your order may arrive later.
